Yes,Our factory welcome sample order including all accessories to test and check quality.

4.Q:How long can we ship the goods to you?
We do not hold inventory, which ensures that all products are produced to order to meet your specifications and needs.
Standard items usually takes 10-15 days for mass produce.
Customized items takes 5-7 days for open a mold and 10-20 days for mass produce.

5.Q:What if the aluminum profile I receive is defective or damaged?
First of all, we will develop the mold according to the customer's drawings. All aluminum profiles strictly follow international tolerances to ensure that the aluminum profiles produced meet the customer's drawing specifications.
Secondly, we will carry out film-coated aluminum packaging, wooden pallets, etc. according to customer requirements to avoid damage to the goods during transportation.
Please inspect the goods as soon as possible after receiving them. If there is obvious shipping damage or production defects, please contact us by phone or email within 7 working days. Please provide detailed photos and descriptions so we can handle your issue quickly.
